CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. John W.(Bill) Lennon

DR. JOHN W. (BILL) LENNON, Ed.D, NCSP, LMFT, LMHC, CSAT, CSOTP
President/Clinical Director

Dr. Bill Lennon is a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Washington State Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider. He is also trained in Lifespan Integration. Dr. Lennon has 26 years experience working in the field of compulsive sexual behavior, specializing in treatment of individuals, couples and families whose lives have been impacted by the disease of sexual addiction. As a Nationally Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and Supervisor, Bill has been trained by Dr. Patrick Carnes, Ph.D., through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). Through the years, Dr. Lennon has founded programs for drug addicted and troubled youth and established a 72 hour foster home program. He has three adopted children and has provided care for many foster children over the years. Bill has taught graduate level classes in counselor education and directed Chapman University’s Community Clinical Psychology program for 15 years. He presents workshops on various topics including team building and the prevention of sexual misconduct. He has been a guest on local and national television and radio programs and has received numerous professional honors throughout the years, including Who’s Who in America for his leadership and achievements in the area of community service. At Pacific Lutheran University’s Centennial Celebration he was designated as one of the top 100 graduates from the University. Bill was also elected to the Ocosta High School Hall of Fame for his football coaching successes during his earlier career as a teacher and coach.

Brie Bergman

BRIE BERGMAN, MA, LMHC, CSOTP, CSAT

Brie Bergman has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Sex Addiction Therapist trained by Dr. Patrick Carnes through the International Institute for trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). Having worked in the field of sex addiction for 20 years, Brie is passionate about the value of recovery work and has a special place in her heart for the challenges facing women partnered with sex addicts. Her pioneering work in the field of disclosure and reconciliation is valued both Nationally and Internationally by therapists working with couples who face issues of broken trust ravaged by years of the addiction's shame and deception in their relationships. Being a witness to lives transformed by sexual recovery sustains Brie's belief in the human spirit and capacity to not just survive but thrive in the face of some of life's most painful challenges. Brie’s work in the field has been presented at national symposiums and on national television and local radio.

Staci Sprout

STACI SPROUT, MSW, LICSW, CSAT

Staci Sprout specializes in empowering individuals who have survived complex traumas and are seeking support in moving forward toward their life visions. Her practice is particularly dedicated to those in recovery from sexual addiction, and she is a Nationally Certified Sex Addiction Therapist trained directly by Patrick Carnes, Ph.D. through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). Staci graduated from the University of Washington in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Social Work degree in 1994, with a concentration in Health and Mental Health Treatment. She has worked in both private practice and agency settings as a psychotherapist and group facilitator over the past 14 years. She uses cognitive behavioral skill-building approaches combined with deep listening, validation, encouragement, and education about healing and recovery.  She is a trained provider of Lifespan Integration therapy, levels I and II, a gentle yet effective method for healing past traumas.  For more information on Lifespan Integration therapy, go to http://www.lifespanintegration.com/.

Jonas Radvik

JONAS RADVIK, MA, CSAT, ASOTP

Jonas Radvik, MA, CSAT, ASOTP, works with individuals, couples, and groups. His work draws from a humanistic client centered approach utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Lifespan Integration. His background includes a professional career in the performing arts in Europe. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado, and a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Seattle, Washington. He is also a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist.

Rodney Jong

RODNEY JONG, MS, LMFT, ASOTP

Rodney Jong provides counseling to individuals, couples, and families. He works in the clinical areas of marital and family counseling, substance abuse, crisis intervention, grief and loss, anger management, incest, and compulsive sexual behaviors. His counseling background includes over twelve years of crisis intervention work at the Crisis Clinic and Chemical Dependency Counseling at Square One Alcohol & Chemical Dependency Treatment Program. He has been trained in methods of Virginia Satir, and is a Past President of the Northwest Satir Institute. Rodney received his Master's Degree in Marriage and Family therapy at Seattle Pacific University. He is a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Therapeutically, Rodney utilizes a family systems approach in combination with an existential focus.

Steve Dulaney

STEVE DULANEY, MA, MHC-A

Steve Dulaney provides individual and group counseling for men who struggle with sexual compulsivity. His encouraging style offers a safe place to explore current and past emotional trauma while learning how to cope with life's difficulties. Steve also uses traditional 12-step recovery methods to help clients understand the triggers that drive unwanted behavior. His desire is to help men overcome brokenness which hinders intimate relationships and impacts spiritual growth. Steve completed his M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Mars Hill Graduate School in Seattle and is also trained in Lifespan Integration (www.lifespanintegration.com). He holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Washington and spent 17 years in high-technology marketing. Steve has worked in the area of sexual addiction recovery since 2001 and is President of Prodigals International, a faith-based recovery program for men and women impacted by sexual addiction. He is a founding member of the Christian Network Forum for Sexual Health.

Alison Davis

ALISON DAVIS, BSW, MA INTERN

Alison Davis is interning for her MA in Counseling Psychology, which she will receive from Mars Hill Graduate School in June of 2010. Alison brings extensive experience working with both groups and individuals in the area of addiction and recovery as well as the conflicts underlying these issues. She helped establish a woman’s in-patient treatment program in Austin, Texas where she worked as a counselor, designed curriculum, and taught classes on the dynamics of addiction. Alison received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas in 1987, and completed her internship at the Center for Battered Women. Alison’s warm and compassionate style promotes a safe atmosphere for exploring life’s sensitive issues, and she is skilled at helping others find emotional healing through difficult circumstances. She is also a trained practitioner of the Lifespan Integration method, and holds a special interest in the area of spiritual healing and growth.

Polly Denison

POLLY DENISON
Treatment Team / Evaluation Administrator

Polly Denison has worked since 1999 as Dr. Lennon’s associate and staff administrator. Polly works closely with the SRS staff coordinating appointments for individual and group therapy, as well as specialized appointments for the assessment/evaluation process. She also works directly with clients scheduling, organizing testing, reviewing documents with clients, coordinating polygraphs with the client or partner, and generally providing assistance to assure that our clients’ needs are met.  In situations where a client is attending treatment due to having crossed ethical or legal boundaries, Polly works closely with outside professional offices managing cases and providing reports.
